What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?

Good morning, everyone! I'm feeling pumped for a great day! Not sure why--I just feel like today is going to be a good one. I guess I am finally feeling totally organized and not overwhelmed. Plus I don't have any coffee to spill today! Did I just jinx this?
QOTD: Grim already answered--we have the Bumpuses to our left! But he failed to mention the amazing older man across the street who keeps his lawn so pristine that leaves are scared to fall on it! It's a feat. I'm new to the neighborhood, obviously, and everyone seems nice. Lots of friendly hellos when walking down the street, but I don't really know anyone, yet.
Dying to know how you like the TJs meatballs! I think they are little bite of protein heaven...

about 5 degrees right now, but it is suppose to warm up and we are suppose to be in the 40's with lots and lots of rain. Maybe we will get rid of some of this dang snow we have!
Love my neighborhood, we have been here a little more than 6 years and we have a mixture of young and old here. I love it in the summer when our windows are open and I can hear the neighborhood kids out playing, nothing better than hearing kids laugh!!

Hi there everyone!
Good morning so far... it was 56 out when I left this morning... I think today until Friday we have 'good' weather... but now the weathermen are getting all excited (and I swear they all get so excited about impending weather around here) about the CHANCE of an ice storm all weekend... Great. I'm not so thrilled. It's my son's 15th birthday, and last year I totally won the Bad mom of the Year because I never could get a bday party put together for him. Poor kid. His birthday comes so soon after Christmas, that I never get it planned far enough in advance... usually I pull it off though, but last year, I threw up my hands in defeat. This year, I'm organized, but the damn weather may not be! Let's all hope for a rainstorm here in Oklahoma on Saturday - no ice!
QOTD... Neighbors... yes. We have a 5 acre plot on a .5 mile dirt road with other 5 acre plots on our side of the road, and then 10 acre plots across the street. The neighbors across the street from us are very nice, and we use 6 acres of their land all summer long for the horses... the neighbors to the north of us (and basically all along the 5 acre side, are all very nice, but we're not close to any of them... but the one neighbor has helped us out several times when we've needed help with something)...
BUT... the ONE freaking neighbor just to the South of us... Ugh. We started out well, but it went spiraling downhill quickly when the dude got a 'hate-on' for our chickens being in his COW BARN... At first, the chickens were welcome there, because they were young and cute, and their kids played with them... but then one day he didn't want them there anymore... we TRIED... put up chicken wire along the 4 wired barb fence, trying to get them to quit going there, but they were on a pattern, and that was part of their pattern - to go eat the BUGS out of his barn! It escalated until one day just after surgery I was outside watering my garden when I saw him launch a hammer at the chickens, and then a HUGE rock... days later, our friendliest chicken disappeared... days after that one came back with a broken wing... I ended up re-homing them. I WILL get new chickens this Spring, but they will have never been in his barn, and that won't be part of their pattern, so hopefully douchebag will leave them alone. He's a tiny little man, who is most likely homophobic (and probably very confused that Riley is now Riley and not Lisa Hahaha), and just an ass. We can hear him screaming at his kids whenever they are all outside. Ugh.
B: egg muffin (yes, I made some! They are good, too!)
L: 2.7 ounces of steak
S: cheese stick
D: No clue... there's still chicken in there as last night I opted to make a ham and cheese roll up
Weight this morning 159.2
Exercise: 30 minute circuit training at lunch (did the abs class yesterday, but the only thing sore is my neck and upper arms from overcompensating for the LACK of said abs! LOL)

I don't do so well with the garden... I think it's likely due to the winds we have here... although, neighbors do just fine gardening... I tell my family (in my fits of whining over the land) that we would have FAILED as a frontier family... or worse yet, as a Native American family... we would have starved I tell you!!! Hahaha!
But I will try again next year...
