Snow still on the ground today and some schools are closed. My electricity is still on and I have no excuse but to work- lol

QOTD: across the street we have a good friend, we play card games and have dinners with them and another couple  4 houses down - they are much older than DH and I so we have to eat early when we play games and do dinner.  To the left are renters who have apparently never rented a home before- (IE: can't cut their grass, shoots guns from their porch, make noise). To the right is a younger single guy who likes to throw parties and let his dogs **** in our yard and woods. Other than that he is ok- oh and his friend moved in , and his girlfriend apparently and his friends girlfriend. This is the second girl since he moved in that has lived here. The first one didn't want to get a job apparently so she didn't stay that long. She was nice though. I have another neighbor that has the chickens that we chicken sit from time to time. She also has a garden with tomato and peppers.  We technically are not allowed to have chickens due to the covenants but no one apparently cares,

Weight is stuck at 125.6 and not moved for 4-5 days, hoping for a big drop because I am in no way eating maintenance calories. It may be the daily exercise not wanting to give up the pounds. I highly recommenced youtube videos for those that don't or can't leave their home. So easy and FREE! You know how I love a bargain.

Today's food:

B: Coffee/miralax still deciding what I want for breakfast

S: probably some meat/veg

L: leftover turkey or chicken veg soup or ribs from last night

D: Turkey sloppy joes! yummm

Good morning menu crew! Still cold here but warming up to the high 60's by Friday. Snow is still in the ground. 

QOTD- no neighbors just cows and horses around us thank goodness.

B- Protein hot chocolate

L- 2 oz Grilled chicken with ginger

D- 2 oz  Roast in the crockpot 

S- Boiled egg

QOTD:  our neighbors are fine - although except for one set, we rarely see them.  They all pretty much keep to themselves.  Most of us have lived here for 20+ years, most are middle-aged or older, and most of us are university or government workers (or retired university or government workers).

didn't do well yesterday because of the retirement party (no junk - but too many calories), so I really need to watch it the next few days!!

19 months out

B:  plain Greek yogurt, NSA blackberry/blueberry sauce

S:  coffee with half & half, double SF protein mocha latte

L:  leftover brunch from the other day:  scrambled egg with chorizo, pinto beans, salsa

D:  something light - maybe turkey meatballs

 

exercise - something for sure!  I'll look for an interesting class. If I don't find any, at least I can do the stationary bike (I'll do strength-training tomorrow)

Good morning Daisy and menu friends, snowing again today . So I've been struggling with my emotions. I think I need some grief counceling. I've been trying to find happiness in the mall. I went crazy at Christmas and it's just continuing. 

QOTD : We have wonderful neighbors beside us, the people across the street have gone a bit crazy. This winter it seems they don't want anyone parking in front of their house. The husband gets up really early in the morning 7 days a week and parks one of their vehicles on the road. It's a big pain in the butt with all this snow when I'm trying to back out of my driveway.

B 2 chicken nibblers, 1 baby bell

L Protein Drink 

D 2. 5 oz of steak 

S 3 / 4 cup of plain Greek yogurt 

Totals 554 calories   86 gr protein
