You should totally open the blinds and do some exercising in your skimpiest clothes... bet you dollars that wife will pull the husband onto another deck further away from you!

Good morning!  It's still raining in So Cal and is expected to off and on for the rest of the week.  We're never happy here.  We need the rain because of the drought but come August and September we're going to be worried because all of the new growth will have dried out and become a fire danger.  A late post for me because it took me over an HOUR to drive the 6 miles to work.  The main North-South Highway is the 405.  There was a high speed chase last night with an attempted murder suspect and they closed the freeway down overnight to collect evidence, etc.  They didn't have it opened again until rush hour was well under way and that, combined with the rain, resulted in complete gridlock.

DQOTD - The neighbors to my right are awesome.  We constantly watch out for each other, take down each other's trash cans, etc.  One day a few weeks ago I was unloading from a shopping trip and got distracted by something inside.  Pretty soon my phone rings and its Silvia telling me that I left my car doors open.  They have two kids and during the summer they are always over at my house using my pool.  The neighbors across the street are a different story.  They also park their cars right in front of my house.  Which DRIVES ME INSANE!  Since my dog has had two knee surgeries (and is the laziest dog on earth) sometimes it's easier for him to jump in my car if it's parked at the curb.  However, they act like they own the space and if I don't park a car or leave the trash can down at the curb to save a spot I'm out of luck.  I've even asked nicely and explained about Nikolai and they just don't care.  I mean I know I don't own the spot either, but have some consideration.

My plan:

B: Deli ham

L: Chicken thigh and cauliflower rice with butter and parmesan cheese

D: New York Strip steak and artichoke

S: Skinny latte, somersaults, turkey, almonds

Totals: Cal. 1046; protein: 105g; Fat: 39g; Carbs 58g

We have pet names for a couple of our neighbors too... the main one being douchebag dude next door

There is also *****face... who lives at the end of our road and once walked up in my driveway yelling at my kids for doing donuts on their 4-wheelers on the dirtroad... we were in the pasture right THERE... all the kids ride their 4 wheeler's up and down our road... whatever *****face. whatever. LOL

Apparently we use nasty words for pet names, huh? LOL

Late rushed post today.  Too much stuff at work today. Wheee. Staying on plan if you count eating too much at night as a plan. Arrgg. Did so good this weekend but as soon as I was home last night without my Guy I was cruising the kitchen.  I did make some good choices (ate an apple and had some water) but also threw in a PB&J on toasted multi-grain bread. Uhg.  I put it all into MFP though and that was sobering. That damn sandwich was nearly 400 calories.  Going to the grocery store tonight so planning on refreshing my stockpile of fruits and veggies for night time munching.  Weight is at 122.4 this morning so stable but I know regain will come a' callin' if I don't beat this thing.

QOTD: We have fine neighbors.  I think they would like to be more social with us but we tend to spend our social time with LGBTQ+ folks so we keep to ourselves.

Menu: B: homemade Greek yogurt with granola; L: Cheese stick and 2 Mandarin oranges (need to go to the store for real); D: Not sure but thinking about an IP chicken type thing.

Have a great rest of your day!
