Cold here but no snow coming down...just on the ground. Something funky going on with my upstairs heating system...not kicking in when it is supposed to...yet not totally not working, either way service call made,  guess I'll be waiting around for repair man tomorrow...

QOTD: I live in a nice neighborhood, with generally nice quiet neighbors... there are a few Clampetts in the neighborhood, but luckily they aren't that close to me. 2 of my neighbors are my best friends, neighbors for over 30 years and raised our kids together.

B: coffee latte with Fairlife,miralax ...eggs with cheese

L: grilled chicken, cajun spice with some kind of dressing dip

D: dinner at Board meeting- usually inside of a wrap and salad

Snacks: tuna, hb egg, choc chai latte

Good Morning!

Awww, throw the poop at them. Feeling for you! Neighbors can make or break you. Two different neighbors of ours, drug addicts, threatened to kill me and major child protection issues.  No, I didn't press charges. Thank God they are gone and we now have an awesome neighbor.  

B:  Greek yogurt low fat/Kashi Go lean/Blackberries

L:  Javapro

D:  Shrimp, 2 Tbsp sweet potato, zucchini

S:  string cheese light

E:  gym day

Breakfast:  Turkey sausage (since I forgot my HB eggs)

Lunch: Southwest Chicken Salad. 

Dinner: Med Chicken with Veggies. 

Snack: Greek Yogurt

Water: on track.   (I quit diet soda and am doing fairly well, with jus****er.)

Vitamins: on track (I have been doing my Iron, B12 and Glucosamine together, to help with energy, etc and I am seeing the benefit)   I wear my other patches, Multi, Vitamin D3 with Calcium at night.  

Exercise:  30 mins to an hour of exercise nightly. 

I have dropped 7 lb since last Wed and working on getting the rest of my regain off.   
I do think I am off to a good start for 2017, so far.

Good Morning!

 

I will have to upload a photo one of these days to make my posts more interesting. :)

QOTD: I recently (2 years ago) moved to the best neighborhood. Neighbors on one side have 3 kids (younger than ours) that are adorable, if a little wild. Sometimes they show up unexpectedly in our house and we can hear the mom or dad yelling their name, looking for them. He he. The whole block is very friendly with many kids and we all look out for each other. We have a duplex on the other side-- my in-laws live in the lower unit. The kids go back and forth between our houses. I'm lucky to get along with my in-laws. They are wonderful people.

I've realized my dinners have been too rushed lately. I have to eat quickly at home so I can take either my son or daughter to swimming. I really regretted it last night as I had the worst nausea for about 20 minutes. Food was primarily protein, so it wasn't dumping, just unpleasantness. I don't have trouble getting things down, so I really have to remind myself to eat slow.

B: coffee, premier protein shake 

S: Greek light yogurt

L: tuna packet with 1 tbsp mayo

D: chicken? Meatballs? maybe green beans - need to eat SLOWLY!

E: might not happen as I have several errands to run this evening for my trip on Friday.

Ugh... at almost 8 months, I STILL get things stuck if I'm not diligent with chewing! It's a hard job, that's for sure.

Good morning my precious OH friends. Daisy you are an inspiration to me!

If you can walk in the snow, then I will totally go in the storming rain that we have. I'm just happy because California has been in a drought for 6 years.

QOTD-we have good neighbors here too. I just have one that complained that we planted redwood trees and disrupted her view of the open space behind our home. Oh well can't please everyone.

Good morning DD2 and gang!

QOTD:  Lot of our neighbors are seasonal.  But we have these next door neighbors who are just terrible.  Big house, rich people, lot of deck all around the house, but they like to sit right outside my window on this tiny 4-foot wide side deck and have dinner.  Drives my dog crazy.  I have considered opening the blinds and walking around naked... now that would scare them.

B:  Premier Protein bananas 'n cream with coffee

L:  Cottage cheese with pepper

D:  Chicken parmesan

S:  Triple Zero berries, marinated veggies

Totals:  683 calories 96 protein 39 carbs 16 fat

I got my iron and calcium patches yesterday... they are on!
