Has your doctor allowed pills yet? I hated chewables, am now on the Centrum Silver for multi, and the calcium chews feom Bariatric advantage. Switching over to the patch for calcium, though.
I take Centrum Silver chewables (or the CVS equivalent - they're cheaper plus they go on sale all the time). Even though I can take the tablet form now (and have been able to for a long time), I still take the chewables. It's like eating a giant Sweet Tart so I don't feel like I'm taking yet another pill.
I also take the Bariatric Advantage chews for calcium. They're not cheap, but they're good and convenient.
I take the Centrum Select Chewables 50+ they are very tasty & I suck on them slowly. Love them
Jamieson B12 1000mcg fast dissolving strips Fresh mint
Jamieson vitamin D fast dissolving under your tongue, they tastes fruity
Calcium is a challenge GNC -Nature's Way Calcium & Magnesium Citrate -liquid strawberry flavour tastes very chalky I add my crushed Tylenol to it so it makes it a bit lumpy. Taste is not bad.
Hope this helps

I had a hard time with the Celebrate also, they are enormous and nauseating. I pushed through until I could swallow multi petite pills. I still couldn't swallow the calcium petite's either so I ordered calcium chews from Bariatric advantage.
