What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Just finished dropping minions and parental units at LaGuardia- armpit of NY. 3 hours round trip thank you very much son for scheduling during rush hour. I am exhausted emotionally and physically.... cancelled PT this AM... because I need a few minutes before appointments and meetings this afternoon. Back to your regularly scheduled life.
Extraneous food and snacks already either given away or thrown out. Back to my regularly scheduled menu as well.
Eden resort in Lancaster PA was great, highly recommend... drive home in snow, not so much. 3 ½ hours became 8 hours.... and although I may appear to have missed my calling as a long distance trucker actually traveling with a car full of people and babies changes the dynamics. Can you say meltdowns? And I'm talking about me...LOL. My daughter-in-law says my son and I butt heads because were exactly alike.
QOTD: Love weddings, introduce myself, love to dance and I always choose beef.

11am: coffee latte with fairlife miralax, Leftover turkey sausage frittata
Lunch: tuna, carrots
dinner: business dinner?
Snacks: chocolate chai latte, Greek yogurt, cheese

Good morning!
I felt like a ran a marathon before work even started today. Got kids ready for school, drop off at 2 schools, took 3rd to the dentist, went to the tailor and then the bank.
I'm heading to India on Friday for about 10 days (for work) and am trying to plan ahead. I'm bringing lots of HP hot chocolate powder with me and am debating whether I should try to pack some premier protein shakes in my checked luggage (triple bagged to prevent leaks). I think I will just bring the protein powder and just try to find good protein at meal times. I'm not quite 3 months out but I haven't had problems with anything yet. Never vomited or dumped. I hope to be able to find rny friendly foods and try some Indian cuisine at the same time. Tandoori meats and chicken satay are pretty safe. Maybe some dahl without the rice? Anyone have any suggestions for food over there? I'm also looking forward to having real chai tea with cardamon pods and fresh spices. Without the sugar, of course. I always have splenda in my purse. :)
B: high protein hot chocolate plus coffee
