CONGRATS Pammie on the 100lbs down, good for you, I knew you could do it!  The "surreal" part is still a daily part of my day... some days are better than others...

Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see that pic of you holding your daughter, that will be epic!!

Oh, this will be the first (and possibly only) place I share it! I may put it on FB, but I haven't announced my WLS there, even though all of my inner circle knows... I have so many Realtors and past clients on there, I really don't want to go there with them. 

I will, of course, have it somewhere prominent in the house too!!

Good morning Daisy and menu friends, We got so much snow this weekend. We're running out of room to put it when we shovel. Had a unexpectedly somewhat busy weekend. Spent Friday night giving 2 of my grandkids lice treatments, while my son in law stripped beds. Awe fun times but I'm glad I could help. Spent Saturday with my daughter, went to the mall and found a awesome deal on tall black boots. .QOTD : I love going to weddings and I always cry during the ceremony. We definitely introduce ourselves to the table. I chose the beef if offered and chicken would be second. I never would get up to dance before, I'm hoping I will have the confidence to do so now. 

Menu 

B 1 egg omlett, 30 grs of cheddar, 1 Oz of ham 

L Protein Drink 

D 2. 5 oz of steak 

S 3 / 4 cup of plain Greek yogurt 

Totals 589 calories. 82 grs of protein

Sitting in the pre-op waiting room. Just waiting to see the anesthetist. Everything else is done except to show up again on Thursday! So excited. I'm down again today. 1.3 lbs since yesterday! Overall I'm down 12.2 lbs from my highest weight. I've lost a lb or 2 each day on opti. 

I do love weddings but we haven't been to. A lot recently. As our own children and friends children get older I'm sure that will change in the next 5-10 years.

It's almost surgery day, next week this time you'll be home thinking I can't believe it's already happened. The next part of your journey is just beginning, you've prepared so well and can't wait to cheer you on.

Good morning!  We are supposed to get into the teens today and in the twenties tomorrow!  HEAT WAVE!  Anyway,  weekend was not good eating wise but now that I'm back at work I'm back on schedule.  Sometimes routine is good for the soul.

QOTD:  Not a huge wedding person.  Hubbie is not a dancer so that makes things difficult.

Time since surgery: 2 1/2 years

B: Skinny latte, weight control oatmeal and 1 tbsp peanut butter

S: Light string cheese

L: Salad 

S: 1/2 protein cookie and string cheese

D: either turkey burgers or turkey gnochi casserole

W/V: started

E: not sure what my plans are (either a run or a trainer ride)
