Hi all. Ugh took me 2 hours to get to school today and I got here and promptly dropped my coffee on the floor in the school hallway. This resulted in: a.) me having no coffee, and b.) tons of disrespectful students screaming "who the eff peed?". Nice... I need a do-over!
QOTD: Weddings are fun (except when you only know the bride or groom...that's happened to me a few times). I like small basic weddings much better than big fancy ones, though.
B: Fit Frappe Mocha and Sargento Balanced Break and a few handfuls of popcorn.
S: PB&J Chobani
L: chefs salad
S: salami and cheese
D: ?
Treat: cookie!
LOL My husband and I had a pretty basic wedding, my family when our kids were young always went camping on 4th of July weekends every year. My husband and I were both divorced and didn't want or need anything so we went camping, invited the whole family over for dinner one night, had a J.P. show up and surprised everyone by getting married that night! We all had a great time

Good Morning! Happy Monday. It's the first day back at school for Em after the 3 week break so I hope she has a good day. One of her best buds is switching schools today so she is a little bummed already.Glad to hear Arun is on the mend. Reading about how cold you are gave me a chill. We got tons of rain last night but it wasn't raining when I left the house. Forecast shows rain through Friday so we are going to get plenty.
QOTD: I do like to go to weddings but we usually make a quick exit as we don't dance much. If I get to choose the meal, I pick beef. Reading your post makes me want to dance more at the next one we go to!

QOTD: not a huge wedding fan here. Some of the rituals/traditions seem a bit nuts to me, and they're SO long (at least with the dinner, dancing, etc) - I usually make an early escape if possible. My mother-in-law was SO upset that we didn't have a wedding (we just went to the court house) -but why be miserable only to make HER happy? Plus no way did I want to be miserable on my wedding day!!
at home my favorite meat is fish, but when I'm out, I'll usually go for chicken. Chicken is always good no matter how it's prepared.
19 months
b: homemade vanilla Greek yogurt, 10 raspberries
s: coffee with half & half, double SF protein pumpkin chai tea latte
l: I think my leftover breakfast from yesterday (scrambled egg with chorizo, pinto beans, salsa)
d: retirement party for a staff member. I'm bringing a vegan curried chickpea soup. I don't know what others are bringing, but I'll put together something bariatric-friendly (at minimum, my soup should be OK!!)
