I like the miracle noodles with stuff like this... just don't throw them in the pot... just pour the juice/meat over them after you rinse them REALLLLLLLY well first

Exceedingly late post for me, but I had court this morning. I'm trying to get back in the habit of posting, even if no one is reading! Some of you may have heard this story from this morning, but I found it funny. The suits I have fit well a few sizes ago, but I haven't got around to replacing them. I find that a belt works to keep my pants up. . . barely. I was at the Santa Monica Courthouse and they have a rule that you have to remove your belts before going through the metal detector. Anyway, it's raining, I'm standing in line outside with my umbrella in one hand and my belt in the other waiting to go through the security line when I feel my pants heading south. Luckily I was able to grab them with the belt hand before I flashed the entire courthouse, but it was a very close call! Looks like I need to buy a few suits in the very near future. Don't know why, because I've been far from perfect in my food choices, but my weight is at its lowest point today at 121.3 lbs.
DQOTD: I love weddings. I've been to one since surgery, but I was fairly early out and wasn't eating much. I was never a big dancer and would have to be dragged out kicking and screaming, because I was sure everyone was looking at me. I did dance all night at my firm's holiday party and had a great time! I have a Bat Mitzvah to go to next month and the food choices were salmon and ribeye. Grim would be proud . . . grilled ribeye all the way!
My plan:
B: 3 oz ham and a string cheese (cheese will be removed as it never made it into the bag)
L: 4 oz chicken thigh with cauliflower rice simmered in a few spoonfuls of mushroom soup (it made a nice gravy for the chicken and the rice and kept everything moist. A good trade off for the increased calories.
D: Pork chop and either pear and gorgonzola salad or an artichoke
S: skinny latte (double star day at starbucks); somersaults and either turkey before yoga sculpt or almonds after
