Good morning Menu friends... No snow here but man it is cold -2... My daughter made it back to DC poor girl always has a pretty good flight lucks out sitting next to really nice people but then her shuttle driver can never follow maps and takes forever to get her to her apartment. But at least she got there safe which is all that matters.

QOTD:  We have a WII that never gets used any more except for golf once in a while.  When my husband and first got married we had an older gaming system no clue what it was but when we would get big snow storms we would go to the store stock up on food, beer and rent video games , movies, and spend the weekends hunkered watching movies playing video games and eating junk food.  I used to love Monopoly on it because it kept track of all the money for you! 

Today's food should be easy as we are not leaving the house I need to pack up the stuff my daughter forgot or could not fit in her suitcase so I can ship it to her tomorrow.  My husband and I have bet every time as to how many boxes it is last Christmas it was three boxes I think this year it will be two.

B- 2 egg whites, Decaf Tea w/ ff half & half

S- Balanced Break

L- 2 oz chicken with salsa and cheese

S- clementine

D- 3 oz cheeseburger

S- ???

 Good morning everyone. We are expecting freezing rain today and I am over it! I have an appointment with my dietician tomorrow that I really want to make it to. 

Yesterday was hard! Head hunger is real! I was stuck in the house with my husband and kids. My daughter made cookies and I just felt snacky and munchie. I stayed on course though and had some hot tea and a bubble bath. 

 

Today my food plan is

B- 3 ounces of crab 

L- 2 ounces turkey breast and 1 thin slice of swiss

D- 3 ounces crab

s- Unjury chicken soup

Good Morning all. Not much snow here just bitter cold. Enough already!!! QOTD: Not a gamer. Own a Wii for same reason, Wii fit and sports but seldom even use those. Hubby and I are too old thinks gaming just pretty much started when we started having kids.

Just basically salad greens with dried cherries and nuts. Typically comes with turkey or chicken, little cheese and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Really good!

Yeah we only got a couple of inches last night. 

I like playing word games online and when I was young I played mario some, but I am not a gamer.

Morning Sunday crew!

Today is my 4 month surgiversary, and I'm officially calling it. I'm down over 100 pounds! So surreal. I've been under a couple of days but I didn't want to make it official until I had some buffer given how much I can fluctuate. Honestly, I don't think I would be doing as well as I am without you all!

Onward and downward!

qotd: my husband used to game a lot, but now I'd describe them as gamer tendencies. he's usually too busy to fit it in, and most of our downtime is spent more socially now (I mean irl social, I don't think gaming is antisocial)

It's funny, he sometimes forgets his lifestyle is different now, and will buy a game, and a year later he still hasn't finished it.

Menu:

B: Greek yogurt, bran buds, and maybe raspberries (yesterday I ate 1.5 berries and they sat like a rock for a little while. Wierd and random)

L: tbd based on what we do today. if at home, I'll finish that turkey barley soup or have some tuna salad.

D : I'm going to try making a shepherds pie with cauliflower mash on top.
