What's on your Saturday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning!!!
Raining and cold in Cali, I really can't complain because by cold, I mean 50 degrees ;)
QOTD- So far, I'm doing the best I can on all fronts, but not perfect. I will say that I haven't yet and have no desire to test sugar and find out how lovely dumping is or risk finding out I don't dump creating a possible free for all with sweets. So maybe I am rocking something! The fear is strong with this one...
B-coffee, leftover egg foo young
L-leftover hot and sour soup
D-sausage and peppers with mozzerella
S- blue cheese and hot sauce in a lettuce cup
V-good
L -working it
E treadmill later
Have a wonderful weekend!

Good morning! Wish I was closer to Vegas or that your trip was at the beginning of March! I don't have a plan for the day yet-hubby won't be home until way late tonight and the girls aren't awake yet (I last heard them around 2am... but isn't that what sleepovers are for?!?). I don't really want to be out and about too much since it's supposed to rain all day so maybe the mall??
QOTD: I rock my vitamins and water. It's just part of my routine now.
Menu for today: B: latte, oatfit, sausage links and 1/2 an orange L: TBD but if we are home chicken sausage link and carrots S: latte, yogurt and pork rinds D: TBD but will be my lunch listed above if we eat lunch out.
Exercise- an hour on my stepper this morning and might do again later. Water and vits on track!
Please stay safe all with all the yucky weather.

Good morning from frigid, windy Portland Julia and all you weekend menu peeps. We are on snow and ice watch this morning, so it is going to be an inside kinda weekend. I just hope I don't lose power. I do have a gas fireplace, gas ho****er heater and gas stove, so even if I do lose power, I will still be warm, fed and clean. Nothing compared to what you are expecting in Boston, but we are snow wimps in the NW.
QOTD: I am rocking it on taking my vitamins. I just got my lab panel results back yesterday and everything is a-okay. I am also really good at packing my meals while at work, and keeping to my plan in the evening. If I go out to lunch, it is usually work related and I generally have a plan. I am not doing as well on exercise. I have somehow fallen away from my 3x weekly Pilates classes, which is crazy because I love them. Mostly it has been a time thing during my Dad's decline. I am going to restart, but need a new studio. I'd like something that I can walk to from work.
Time since surgery: 2 years, 1 month
B: egg beaters, mozzarella and bacon omelette
S: bacon and sundried tomato egg muffin
L: green curry chicken and veggies
S: chicken thigh meat
D: Homemade chicken hot and sour soup
Totals: calories 573, carbs 24, protein 54
My calories and protein are low, so I need to add more of both in there somewhere, but it is a small pouch day today. Maybe a protein hot chocolate. Have a great day everyone, and stay warm!

Hey all
We got about 4 inches last night in North gA. It is quite exciting so now I will be spending the weekend at home. Hoping i can get out tomorrow to pickup groceries at 2 pm! I made a huge vat of chicken veg soup in the instant pot so will be eating on that for the next million years.
QOTD: Does buying clothes and looking cute count as my rocking weightloss item? lol I've been very good the past 27 days doing daily yoga. It really makes a difference in my head and my flexibility.
Today so far I've had
2 1/2 protein pancakes
yogurt/decaf coffee/CM milk
will have beef stew later at neighbors house
Vegas sounds fun!!!
When I make my soups in IP - I make a batch. Too much to eat in 1-2 days. I take jars, clean them very good (like for canning), take the very -very hot soup and load it in the jars. Put the lids on. Turn the jars upside-down and allow to cool. Put labels on them. The "almost canned" soup can last in fridge for at least 3-4 weeks without going bad. I use pint size jars. They also can be frozen.
I often make very think chicken or beef soups in my IP. The jars are a perfect way to have a serving for a large evening meal for me. My BF adds some carbs (rice or toast, or grill cheese sandwich) and have his meal.
