And the waiting begins

Yesterday I completed the last of my six monthly Dr visits in order to qualify for insurance coverage.  The paperwork was sent in today, so now I am waiting for approval I was told this could take up to two weeks.  

I had my upper endoscopy today, and have to wait a week for those results as well (my weight loss Dr always takes biopsies and has them checked to avoid any surprises during surgery).  

I hate waiting, but I guess every day gets me one day closer to surgery.  I am so looking forward to getting a date set.

Hang in there! The waiting is hard but you've already made some good progress!

Thanks.  I have been eating lots of protein and drinking lots of water, getting myself ready.

You're doing so great already! Almost 50 Ibs down; wow!

The two weeks will go by quickly :-).

Thanks.  I sure hope it goes by quickly.  I have been really watching what I eat since September, but the weight is starting to come off slower now.  I need to add some exercise into my plan, but I fell on the ice Tuesday and my Dr said I needed to take it easy for a bit.  I really banged up my tailbone.

Ouch, that sounds painful.  I hope you'll heal soon.  I hate this time of year for both walking and driving.  We have 3 feet of snow here.
