Thanks! The sun is out and roads are clear, now. Thanks goodness, because there are literally no planes trains or automobiles that I could take across state... But my parent live a little closer so if it was bad, I would slug through and go there.
I am going to ask Grim to either toss or hide the Nutella (or send them to Canada!). This must end.

Another frigid day in Illinois and Lily and I did not walk yet as it is 6 degrees right now.I have a terrible cold too and can hardly breathe so not sure if there is a walk in my future or not. I will have to see how I feel this afternoon. No exciting plans here for the weekend but I need to do laundry either today or tomorrow for sure. Post op 4 years 4.25 months and weight at 117.4 today. Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c crab salad 1/2 c butternut squash D 31/2 oz ribeye 1/2 c butternut squash S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Good Morning! Hope you feel better Daisy, rest up if you need to. I love your pics. Not sure of my plans for weekend yet. Em is having a friend sleep over tonight so I am sure we will find things to keep busy. I was thinking of taking them to the zoo or something but we are getting more rain tomorrow. I know I am not as cold as y'all but it's 23 degrees colder this morning than it was yesterday so I am a *****illy.
QOTD: I like yours! I can't think of anything at the moment except not bathing in cologne before you head to gym to run next me on the treadmill (can you tell what I dealt with towards the end of my run today!?!?!-I still have a headache over an hour later!--Rant over!)

OMG I totally agree on the perfume/cologne at the gym! WHY people... WHY!!! I have left a treadmill before and gone a few rows back a few times due to too much perfume or cologne on people and I can't even breathe. Its a gym, not a nightclub, no need to get all done up for the gym!

I feel better today. I don't have much planned for the weekend, it's too cold out.
QOTD the only thing I can come up is I hate when people hogged the sidewalk and dont move to a single line so you both can pass on the sidewalk.
Having 2 large coffee with fairlife milk and truvia and working on my third water bottle of water that holds 28 ounces.
B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L hamburger, baby carrots and red pepper
D pork loin and broccoli tots
S Greek yogurt yeah i found the caramel apple pie, turkey sausage snack sticks and apple
