What's on your Menu today (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?
So sorry to hear you are struggling. Remember you made this change for you and you don't want to go back to how it was before. I think maintenance IS the hardest part of this journey. Refocus on you and remember why you had the surgery. Remember you want to be there for your family and you deserve to be healthy. I will be thinking positive thoughts for you.

Time to put you & your health first Deanna, ITS TIME. Best of Luck, you can do this!
I'm so sorry Deanna. it does suck really bad when your head wins over your stomach. I'm glad you are reaching out to us and to a therapist for help. Try to find someone that specialized in eating/WLS as they will be better equippedd to hep you. There is a lady here in GA that might do online counseling also- she is an RNY patient also if you want me to pass along her info. she has been through it and i thinkthat facor helps

Hi All, quick post from work so no pics, but it looks like I've been well represented in photos, already :)
I just had a 3 hour drive in snowy crappy weather. Yuck. Hoping to just get through a training and then turn back around and get out of here...
If I were in charge there would be a lot more laws for stupid people! To start, I would ban politicians from all social media...oy.
I found myself back in the Nutella jar last night. Last time. I swear.
Not really sure about today's eating. I packed a great day's worth of food but if I end up in the car for 6 hours today, I won't be able to eat a chef's salad or yogurt, so I might end up getting an egg wrap from DD, if I am stuck in the car. We'll see!
Have a great day, everyone!

Oh my! Drive safe! Hope training goes well and you get out at a good time. If you have to leave your car at a parking garage and take the Train home, safer and you will get home at a decent time!
Nutella, I need to get a jar, no I don't, yes I do, wait STOP LOL LOL LOL Step away from the Nutella JB!
