Its a green giant brand in the freezer section. Its like a tater tot but made with broccoli and cheese

Good morning! It is cold here (-1) and I have no plans for the weekend. Yahoo! I have been sick the past couple of days, which meant I went off plan with comfort food. I'm up 1.2 lbs but hopefully I'll be back down in a couple of days.

Time since surgery: 2 years 6 months

B: Skinny latte and oatmeal with a tbsp of PB

S: Skinny latte and string cheese

L: Taco inards

S: 1/2 protein cookie

D: Turkey burger with velveeta slice and no bun

W/V: Started

E: None, recovering from cold

Totals: Calories 1010, Protein 92, Carbs 92, Sugar 43

Aww feel better Nikki, the cold/flu is going around here too! Funny eh when we don't feel well we want comfort food? I swear tomato soup with toast & butter always makes a cold feel better HA HA HA

So glad you are back here my dear, stick around we need you!

i am at a resort on Lancaster PA. Called Eden resorts... I was skeptical because PA and esp. Lancaster is known for their crazy local old places do I figured 'resort ' was the term being used loosely. But I was wrong it's really nice, great indoor pool which is why we stayed here and let's face it it's the dead of winter there's nothing to do. With my son and family and we met another family from Virginia who are friends of theirs. We got a Suite 2 bedrooms with like a mini kitchen etc. for like $150 for the night We may go visit the oldest family owned pretzel bakery in America that's been around for I don't know 88 years or something so that maybe pretzels in the offering today. Pretty much on long trips and with little kids it's a snack of fun.

it is also right next door to a Sheetz gas station some of the best coffee there, worth a trip across an icy parking lot.

. Did find some jerky I'm going to try from a Starbucks on the road called field trip beef jerky but I was interested in it because it was 90 cal 11 g of protein but only 160g of sodium... and it's the sodium with jerky that kills me.

Food is unknown brought what I could. Still in my maintenance range 167 as of yesterday after the holidays...so all good. Forgot my Miralax that's the only thing I'm worried about.
