Congratulations and welcome to the losers bench! Just keep repeating sip, walk, sip, rest, sip, walk and you will be fine! The next few months will be amazing with really great high points and some low points (darn constipation, nausea and mind hunger!!) I hope you enjoy watching your scale go in the opposite direction for a change :)
