I am all for AMAW/CAMAW! I think it might be a good thing for sure.
You are so welcome to join me for lunch! Would be EPIC to be close enough to do that.

Hello!
This will be my first post here. I love to read the menu threads to get an idea of what long-term WLS maintenance looks like. I am 10 weeks out from surgery, down 44 pounds, and still trying to find the right calorie target. I've been aiming for 800 calories and 65 grams of protein. I have no trouble with any food that I've tried, but I'm not pushing it.
It is very cold here. -8 F and wind chill of -25 F. Welcome to Minnesota!
B: Starbucks flat white (my vice)
S: high protein hot chocolate (I love Wonderslim, despite the stupid name)
L: Cottage cheese with sf peaches
D: beef stew with most of the potatoes picked out and broccoli
S: Dannon Light n Fit Greek yogurt, premier protein or another hot chocolate
Calories: 745 Protein: 69-87
Stay warm everyone!
Welcome.
