We are having freezing rain here... rather have 2 feet of snow than having freezing rain!

I am a horrible sleeper and have been that way for 40 years, I sleep in little increments.

i agree completely on the freezing rain.

Good morning! You know what's still weird to me, little pouch versus big pouch days. This morning I made eggs with ham and cheese in wonton wrappers. Yesterday morning's yogurt for breakfast didn't do it, so I figured I needed more protein. I made 3 of those little devils, and you know how many I ate? 1. Weird pouch.

QOTD: I'm a good sleeper, always have been. In the past several months I can't sleep more than 7 or 8 hours in a row before my back starts to hurt, so I can never sleep in on a Saturday or Sunday, am always up by 7am, but it beats 4:45 I guess. I slept moderately well even on night shift work, but sleeping at night is my favorite. Also during thunderstorms. And on Sunday afternoons. Ha!

B- irish tea w/fairlife milk, wonton wrapper with egg, ham & cheese

L- 5 oz ****tail shrimp with salsa, guac

D- small baked potato with chili and shredded cheese

S- greek yogurt

Good morning everyone! My painting didn't go well yesterday. I don't like the yellow color. So, today I am repainting the dining room and kitchen. 

QOTD- I am a heavy sleeper. My sleep schedule is really off right now. I seem to be falling asleep around 6:30 every night and wake up at 3 am. I have not been in a good pattern since day light savings time.

QOTD:  Super light sleeper here.  Last night our electric went off (DH said a transformer blew up across the street).  I woke up immediately because the fan went off - it's not really very loud, but DH needs the white noise at night.  

 

B:  Decaf coffee w/ GNC vanilla cream protein

L:  2 oz baked chicken, string cheese

S:  1/2 cup Light n Fit yogurt, 1/2 scoop Unjury unflavored, 2T PB2

D:  2 oz. sausage, 1 egg

E:  60 minutes on the stationary bike done

I can't sleep without the fan on so I always wake up if the power goes out.

Good morning Daisy and menu friends, raining here in Barrie as well and although we still have a lot of snow it's dirty and tonight it's going to be treacherous if we get a cold snap.

QOTD : Unfortunately I'm a very light sleeper, nothing gets by me. Except when I'm really tired, then I sleep walk. I've been doing this a lot lately . I've also been falling asleep on the toilet in the middle of the night only to be rudely awakened falling off the toilet and hitting the bathtub. My left outer thigh is all bruised up. I've worked midnights for most of my adult life, when our kids were little I remember always hearing my husband say "be quite, your going to wake your mother "lol I hardly ever heard them.

QOTD I am a very light sleeper and always have been. Most days I wake shortly before my alarm is set to go off. Frigid day here in Illinois. It was 13 when Lily and I started off on our walk (which was actually a run) and 12 when we came home. We did our 3.2 miles though,bundled up as we were. Post op 4 years 4 months and weight at 117.2 today. Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz meatballs 1/2 c lettuce salad D 1 c chili S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar.  Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal!
