Hi TinyMom, WELCOME to the menu board!  So glad you found us as well!  I hope you will stick around and join us here, we have lots of fantastic woman & men who are helpful, supportive, funny and its great to get menu ideas from each other if you get into a food rut!

Congrats on your weight loss that is awesome!!!  I hope you don't get too much of a wintery mess!  We got a bunch of snow tonight and it COLD, I live just NW of Toronto, Ontario Canada and its COLD here! LOL

Awesome looking menu and love your dinner idea!  Keep up the great work!

Good afternoon.  10 weeks out and things are going great.  I feel fantastic and the weight continues to come off though New Years Eve had a few too many nuts and cheese sticks.  Overall still great.

QOTD - I wake up 3 to 4 times a night.  I know this because my CPAP machine tracks my sleep quality and number of awakenings where the machine logs I took the mask off.  I have slept with some type of sound machine - even before I knew they existed (used a fan in college).  Now I just use a simple white noise machine I got 10 years ago from some catalog place.  I could use the one on my phone, as I have that for travel.

B - leftover eggwhite, veg and turkey sausage scramble from Monday and a 40 cal low carb muffin w/6 gr of protein; 2gr carb (got from netrition)

L - 2.5 ounces of Lite Ham/Turkey; small salad of cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, Brussels sprouts and moz cheese with homemade mustard and apple cider vinegar

D - 2.7 ounces of grilled salmon and more of the salad I had at Lunch

S - Syntrax iced tea mixed with Lipton decalf lite tea powder (adds a little more punch to the taste); 2 SF popsicles

QOTD: for me it depends on the night. Sometimes anything can wake me up while other times I'm outso hard I would have no idea if a circus happened in my house. 

B: decaf coffee wit half and half and protein hot chocolate

L: tuna pouch with balsamic

D: grilled chicken breast

S: cottage cheese, shrimp and ****tail sauce
