QOTD: I seem to go in spells. Right now I am falling asleep quickly and staying asleep all night. I do follow a very strict routine for bedtime, wake up time, and what I do leading up to bedtime. That is because I have had stretches of time when I can't fall asleep at all (but once asleep I've always been ok). The worst was in the couple of years after my daughter died and I had terrible insomnia.

Good morning, menu posters! It's a chilly day here, and I have a super huge list of things that need to get done this week, so this is a fly-by! No more whining about the scale not moving, either. I'll take what I can get as long as it's not a gain. Stupid body...even more stupid scale.
QOTD: I get so involved in watching a show, that I have to turn the channel just so I can fall asleep. Lately, I am asleep by 9:00pm, and my alarm wakes me at 5:30am. When I don't set the alarm on a "sleep in" day or weekend, I am still up before sunrise which is about 7am here lately. I am a deep sleeper, and I don't like to be woken up by anything but my alarm...even if it's just a few minutes early.
