What's on your Menu Today (Wednesday) RNYers?

Good morning menu crew! Its a short work week, I love them and hate them! Its really crappy weather here, its raining, all the snow we had its now a messy slushy crappy mess, and its supposed to get really cold tonight so our roads are going to be like skating rinks, oh joy. The salt trucks were out all ready and the size of the salt they are dropping is insane, do you remember the days back when they used salt & sand mixed for the icy roads, now its just salt and its brutal on the roads, cars etc.
QOTD: Are you a light sleeper or a deep sleeper? Do you hear every sound or can a party go on and you sleep through it? I am a super light sleeper. I don't sleep well in general, never have, even as a kid I had a hard time falling asleep & staying asleep and any sounds kept me up. If my parents had company over I never got a wink of sleep. I need total quiet to fall asleep & stay asleep. That is one thing I covet of good sleepers how fast you fall asleep and can stay asleep, not me and it sucks.

Good morning everyone!
We have lots of winter weather in the forecast, too. I have to drive across the state to give a training on Friday and the roads are going to be a mess. Boo.
QOTD: Moderate. I am aware of stuff like rain and wind, but usually (unless my mind is racing with other stuff) I can fall right back asleep. However, if I have a hard time falling back asleep I get anxious and need a very quiet podcast or tv show in the background in order to shush my brain. Stupid brain.
Yesterday I was on point! I exercised! I was hungry all day but I stuck to my menu 100%! I even drank twice as much as usual! How was I rewarded? Two pound gain this morning... FU, body. F.U. But I'm back at it today. Hoping for better results.

Morning gang! Things are starting to get back into a routine after the holidays. I find it easier to stay on track with a routine.
QOTD: I am usually a very deep sleeper. You could blow stuff up, and it wouldn't bother me. I used to have to put my alarm on the other side of the room, so I would have to get up to shut it off. If it was on a bedside table, I would never even know it was screaming at me. But once in a while I'll get up in the middle of the night and not fall back asleep. I gave up fighting it, since I always lost.

I love the snooze button... and I used to have my alarm across the room, jump up, hit the snooze, and jump back into bed - several times each morning!!!
