I barely finished typing and ran to a meeting when Jennifer called my office phone and left a msg and she emailed me. She is making it right with my choice of a re-ship or a refund. Everyone on OH loves these patches, so I placed my own Auto-Ship order and she will refund my original/initial try at Iron patch. They've got the right person on Customer Service. I have the same response issue... just ordered the iron patch, could not figure out autoship so I did not get the discount and am not set up for recurring shipments at the discounted price. I have tried contacting them several times, no response. Could you help? Thanks!

OMG best service ever. I just talked to Jennifer, resolved my issue and I added a patch... iron and calcium are just not happening with me so I now have two patches and hopefully will get on track. Great price too. Thanks Jennifer and OH!
