I placed almost a $100 order mid-December for iron patches. The order arrived incorrectly packaged with multivitamin patches instead. I have sent polite, detailed emails three times with no response. I have phoned the toll-free number twice, gotten a recording both times, left polite and concise messages and have heard nothing back. Does anyone know how to get a response or have a suggestion what to do?
Thank you for this consideration. It appears the order number is #PMD1147054. (checking order history does verify four packages of IRONPLUS patches were placed, not multivitamin). If you have the ability to do so, please post an alternate phone number other than toll-free number 1.800.717.9401. Again, thank you. I look forward to getting this order resolved and iron patches sent as soon as possible.
Selhard, that is the only telephone number we have, but you can try emailing [email protected]. We have shared this thread with them, so that this can be addressed though and you should be hearing from them. With that being said, if you do not hear from them today, email Jennifer tomorrow.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Nik
I did get a telephone call from someone at PatchMD a few hours after your offer to help saying they will be mailing out my iron patch order along with a prepaid envelope for return of the incorrectly shipped multivitamin patches. I wasn't given an explanation why my attempts to contact PatchMD went unanswered, but I am relieved your attempt worked. Thank You. With appreciation, selhard.
Hey this SAME thing happened to me - first time I've ever ordered Patches. Thought maybe it was My mistake, but No. I ordered IRON. Even the shipping Label said "IRP -2" and they sent Multi-Vit. I've contacted 4x (email & website attempts), but no responses - even sent photo of the product I received and the Shipping Label saying IRP-2. My order was PMD1146955 .
Did sending to "Jennifer" email work for you? I'll try it. I was feeling like I must've been duped and ordered from some bogus site since everyone else Loves this PatchMD thing. But if same thing happened to you, maybe they are overwhelmed with orders or have new order fillers ?? I will try the Jennifer email address, but interested if your issue has been been resolved. thanks!
