Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

Daisy, I'm so glad you're back!  I've missed you!  Glad you had a great time with "The Grims".  

QOTD:  I'm the idiot Daisy is referring to who doesn't own a cell phone.  I'm on my computer all the time, but since I'm home all day long, I can't justify the expense of a cell phone and I only have a land line.  On the computer it's this site, Facebook and MyFitnessPal as well as email.

B:  2 eggs, sunny side up, 3 strips bacon

L:  Lettuce, spinach, chicken, cheese, cranberries & nuts, low cal dressing

D:  chili cheese dog

Exercise:  Walking my dog around the subdivision or if too cold, exercise bike.

I am not a big fan of smart phone apps. I feel it is a way for people to track us. I know it sounds paranoid but sometimes I do feel like we are being watched. 

B:Coffee with Miralax need to focus on getting my body back to normal

Water is going down. Food is going to be protein forward. No more winging it. The carb monster fell upon me over the holidays. 

New Years day was so bad. But it is over. I am looking forward and not back. Not going to forget it. Just moving on.

It is only paranoid if it isn't true. I decided a long time ago that if anyone wanted to track me, God bless their hearts, they can.  I really don't do anything all that interesting. LOL It is creepy though when my phone says things like "You were last at this restaurant on May 5, 2014." Why does my GPS keep track of that?? So weird.

Last night we were watching our new tv and I asked my husband if the one show is back on or did they cancel it. We were watching on demand. All of a sudden on a commercial the show popped up saying to watch on Thursdays. 

I was a little freaked out by that.

Good morning OH crew!  Long time no posy but it's the New Year and I'm going to be accountable again.  We had a quiet New Years home with the kids.  Then on New Years Day I did a 5 mile race.  Probably not the best idea since I haven't run in 2 months.  I made it through, it was slow and ugly but I did it.  I also rode my bike on the trainer yesterday and hauled my ass out of bed at 4:25am to go swim with my tri team.  I'm definitely trying to start this year out right!

QOTD: MFP, FB and Amazon!  I order way too much.

Time since surgery: 2 years 6 months

B1: Cinnamon & Spice Oatmeal and a skinny latte

B2: 1 egg scrambled, 3 breakfast sausage links, and a skinny latte

S1: Light string cheese

L: 4 oz hamburger with a slice of velveeta cheese and 2 tbsp ketchup

S2: Light string cheese and 1/2 Complete cookie

D: 4 oz chicken tenderloin and green beans

W/V: Started

E: Swam 1400M this am, might do 30 min of yoga tonight

Totals: Calories 1156, Protein 103, Carbs 92, Sugar 48
