Good morning all and Happy New Year. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. Thought I would stop in quickly, y'all are too chatty for me lately and it's our busy time of year so I'm not on often, I do try and read at night occasionally, but usually too tired.
I am struggling lately, I have not lost any of the weight gain even though I am eating better and going to the gym. I'm trying to stay positive but sometimes it really just aggravates the heck out of me. Have nutritionist appointment on Friday, let's see what she has to say this time.
