Hey all
QOTD: hmmm MFP, fitbit but that automatically updates MFP so i think i get more answers lol, email, mercari, marco polo, ebay, mapquest, audible, kindle, pintrest, amazon
I made a killer roasted duck yesterday so will be having some of that, corned beef brisket, and protein pancakes today. Also have a flat out wrap, was considering slicing the brisket really thin and doing a little mini reuben?
so that is my plan today.
Gastro appt this afternoon, really want to get to the bottom of these stomach/side issues I'm having.
Edited to say i think exercise is 24th day of the 30 days of yoga. I do not think my body physically has ever felt this strong. It is quite amazing. I will be using her for future exercising days.
sure - it is 1 scoop prot powder, 1/2 cup cottage cheese small curd, 1 tablespoon gluten free muffin mix, vanilla, 6 tablespoons egg whites or equivelent, salt, splenda or stevia, a splash of milk, and a little baking powder/soda. you can add just about anything on plan to these, I've done 1/2 quest unflavored prot, 1/2 chocolate, 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 cinnamon bun powder. added cinnamon, SF chocolate chips, etc.
they are about 40 cal each and make about 8. I eat them with SF walden farms syrup (zero cal)
I also make sure I'm eating additional protein with them as otherwise 30 minutes later I want to eat again, or eat more of them.
this morning I had 2 oz duck with 2 prot pancakes.
Totally want to come share your menu with you today! Duck sounds crazy yummy. Best of luck at the gastro. Hope they can figure something out for you.

Good morning! Yep, I'm back at it, too. Currently sitting on the train heading in to the office for the first time since 12/22! Gotta say, I'm tired, but ready. I had my lunch packed, clothes laid out, and was in bed by 8:30pm last night. I woke up and exercised, and remembered my vitamins (which I've been terrible about, lately). I even had time to cook and eat a real breakfast! Hoping that new routines will stick :)
BTW, Daisy, I'm wearing the wool blazer we bought at Talbots today! I'll try to post a pic later if I remember to take a pic at work. Grim says I look like I'm going Fox Hunting today. Lol ;)
I could never limit myself to just 3 favorite apps! Besides the obvious Safari, MFP, FB & Messenger...my next 3 are: Amazon, Audible and NY TIMES Crossword.
