I always leave on a good note. He's lucky that I don't just walk out without notice, actually. I'm doing the decent thing and offering to wor****il the February Issue goes to press. Its on him if he takes it or not. It wont feel good if he tells me to "pack my **** and leave" (its what he said to the last person who tried to give notice), but I know in the end, I'm doing the greatest thing. This is all proof of that.

L: Leftover blackened Tilapia & grilled zucchini
S: 1/2 C Light n Fit vanilla (bought the regular instead of the Greek by mistake) w/ 1/2 scoop Unjury unflavored protein & 2T PB2 - this is so yummy - it almost tastes like peanutbutter pudding
D: 2-3 oz. pork and some veggie
E: 60 minutes on the eliptical
