If you go tell me so hubby and I can come too and bring Nikolai and we will have a big party at J & J's house!!  We got in trouble with Grim for not bringing the dogs, they went to the dog boarder so was told we have to bring them next time! LOL LOL LOL

B: 2 egg whites, 1 1/2 slices of bacon

L: 2 1/2 oz low sodium Ham, 1 slice ultra thin cheese

S: 1oz turkey pastrami

D: Beef stew with no potatoes

S: ff chobani yogurt

QOTD: Definitely MyFitnessPal, Waze, then either FaceBook or OverDrive (I listen to audiobooks downloaded from the library when I commute to work and back about 1.5 hours each way).

Whoa not sure how I forgot to post! I've been on the site a couple of times today. Im limping across the finish line of the holidays. Did some visiting today, some entertaining and Out for dinner tonight. Tomorrow I will bring our company to Montreal for their next leg, and Thursday is a pyjama day for me Hahahah 

qotd: mfp, maps( having gps on a smart phone has been life changing for me!) and the third would be a toss up between Spotify and CBC radio app.

Menu:

B: protein shake

L: turkey veggie soup with a bit of barley. I still have to work out the calories.

D: tbd we're going to a Spanish fusion place. Menu has lots of wls options.

Very late post today but I'm happy to try to get back into a routine again. I didn't do badly over the holidays but I'm ready for normal schedule.
