Ok, well can I just say I'm pathetic? My favorite apps right now are Facebook, Candy Crush, and Candy Crush Soda... there, I said it. Judge not!

I hear ya on being glad to being back on track. I too had many tastes that turned into grazing. Damn carb monster. Your so close to losing 100 lbs. Yay for you. And good luck at the gym.

I resigned myself to the fact that 161.0 was the lowest I was going to get in 2016... so now the scale is taunting me and saying "Yo, woman, you should have drank more water, and eaten less of that white christmas trash you made" 

I'm hoping to see the 'magical' 100lb loss by the end of this week or early next week... and then I'll be sufficiently dumfounded how I ever got where I was in the first place!

2 lbs away, what great motivation . We are so close in surgery dates, I had mine 3 weeks after you. I'm 7 lbs away from losing 100 lbs. This will blow my mind. Let's be each other's cheerleader.

Welcome back! Happy New Year! Lets all let 2017 be our best yet.  So glad you had a great vacation. I am glad it's another short week and my sister invited Em to spend most of this week with her so she will leave today and come home Thursday. 

QOTD: Fitbit/MFP and Facebook would be the top three.

Time since surgery: 2 years, 4 months

B: SF latte, Maple and brown sugar Oatfit, 2 turkey sausage links and ½ an orange

L: Sweet and spicy tuna packet, carrots and string cheese

S: SF latte, Light and fit strawberry cheesecake yogurt and a pack of Buddig turkey

D: Chicken hand pie and blueberry ricotta bake-- In case anyone is interested here is the recipe for the hand pies. I used shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce for the filling instead of chili-- (http://ketogasm.com/low-carb-hand-pies-stuffed-chili-recipe/)

E: 6 miles done this morning and hoping for 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

OK...looked up the hand pie recipe and am stoked to try it.  It looks really fun and tasty. Will be trying soon!

So easy to make too.  The "dough" is sticky so I used a little non-stick spray on my hands. Even my daughter loved it-hubby has an allergy to almonds so he couldn't try.  I am hoping they heat up well and if they do I plan to make more and freeze them.

I'm so trying these! The inside 'stuffing' ideas are endless! ham and cheese, roast beef and provolone, pepperoni, cheese, and sauce... YUM!
