Good morning Daisy and menu friends, Happy new year everyone. I'm glad you had a nice Christmas and vacation. My Christmas was bittersweet, my husband and I had a wonderful time with our family but we were privately having a hard time. This was our first Christmas without our daughter and we were missing her terriiably.

Good morning everyone! Back at work after being gone since the 21st! While I truly enjoyed my time home, I'm equally as happy to be starting my routine again, and getting back on track! I wasn't horrible the entire time, but I did most definitely have wayyyyy too many 'tastes', and some of those just turned into a graze. I'm glad all the bad food is gone, and I'm back on track!
Today is also the start of my exercising. I've made it 99lbs (ok, so this morning it's 97.6 pounds) without any formal exercise, and I'm ready to start working out my muscles. Meeting a friend at the gym at noon for a 30 minute circuit training class. Excited about it! I was also very good and grilled up 3 steaks that were in the freezer yesterday and portioned those out into 8 different meals! Go Me!

S: SF skinny latte made with 2oz of Fairlife skim milk
Forgot to put my patches on this morning, so I'll do that after work and just sleep with them on. I love that about the Patches!
