Happy New Year everybody! How is everyone? My holidays were perfect.  Hubby & I went to Boston and spent Christmas with JB & Grim and it was awesome!  Spent the last few days before getting back to work mode sleeping in, binge watching shows on Netflix and hiking my dogs, really has been a wonderful vacation!  But man am I tired today, it will be an early to bed night tonight! How was all of your vacations?

QOTD: What are you 3 must have smart phone apps? I know I have way more than 3 that I love, but what 3 must you have! For me it's Facebook, Fitbit & Google Maps (and if you don't have a smartphone you know it's 2017 right?)

Time since surgery: 3 yrs & 1 month

B: yogurt, raspberries & bran buds

L: tuna & peppers & balsamic

S: Balanced Break (Cheese & fruit & nuts)

D: rottiserie chicken & veggies

S: yogurt/raspberries/bran buds & 2 babybel before bed

V: patches are on

L: it's a many many cups of coffee day & I mean MANY CUPS!

E: hike dogs when I get home from work

TOTALS: 806 calories, 90 protein, 53 carbs

Good morning! So glad you had a good vacation! Who watched your doggies when you're away? 

My must have apps are Facebook, Instagram and Facebook messenger.  There are many more but those are my faves. 

I'm having a small breakfast from our cafeteria, not sure about lunch and some kind of leftovers for supper.

Happy New Year Daisy and Menu Fam!

I'm on early because I have an appt with my bariatric center today (4 month check up!). Hope everyone had a great new year! Daisy: i'm glad you had a wonderful holiday break! Mine was good, with a very chill and uneventful new year.

QOTD: Facebook, Waze, and a tie betwee MFP and the Activity app (comes with apple watch) 

So that company countered my counter offer and I accepted! I start on the 24th of this month. Now all that is left is to tell my boss, who is a wild card with reactions. I could potentially be either 1) sent home the day i give notice becuase he lost his cool and is so offended that im leaving,  or 2) made to feel super uncomfortable in my last 2-3 weeks because he had no choice but to accept my notice and is still super offended. The nice thing is that I will be out from under his thumb after this. I was in yesterday clearing out my desk (preparing for worst case scenario). I'll be doing more preparation today, and giving my notice tomorrow.

TIme Since Surgery: 18 weeks!

Breakfast: Vanilla Ricotta Bake (with SF blackberry jam swirl), 1 tbsp SF syrup

Snack 1: Warm Premiere Protien chocolate

Lunch: 2 oz meat loaf, 1 brocolli spear

Snack 2: 1/2 Isopure and 10 cashews

Dinner:2oz chicken adobo (thigh meat)

Totals: Calories 810, Carbs 32, Fat 37, Protein 90

Vits & Water: Started

Exercise: 10 min T25, 5 min Yoga stretch, may walk sometime during the day, going to 50 min bootcamp class after work, and letting my gym know i have to switch gyms for the new job.
