I am doing good post-op now. I developed a stricture three weeks post-op and ended up having to be in the hospital on two occasions. Once for 2 days for dehydration. Then another 2 days the following week to have an EGC (they put a balloon down my esophagus to stretch it.) Since then I have done better. I am still afraid to eat most things because I had so much trouble with dumping when I had the stricture. But I am doing better with that as well.

SW 9/30/16: 244.5; CW 1/3/17: 206.4. Surgery date was 10/28/16 with a weight of 238.0.

Try a vanilla flavor, it fits in with most foods....
