OH Weight Loss Calculator...Discouraged.
I feel like I've lost a ton of weight and I never was one to lose what those kinds of calculators told me I should be losing at certain times. I lost slowly in the first month or two but it caught up quickly and I never looked back.
I got really stuck in my head the first 2 months about where I was and it took awhile for me to get past it. I got some good advice from the vets on here about sticking with the food and just keeping with that.
Don't give up and just keep with it, the weight will keep coming off.

Hi
First of all you NEVER let a chart determine your success! If you are losing then you are a success! Is this the chart you are speaking of?

I think it's meant to be a suggestion and it also says -
Warning: The figures below represent just one possible typical outcome. Your loss could vary greatly."
So keep doing what you are doing and don't pay any attention to anything that says you should be at a certain weight at a certain time!
