Hi Julia,

I've never seen Legally Blonde before, but yes, Tippy has several sweaters and coats.  Here she is in a coat she got for Christmas.  It has a bow on the back with a big rhinestone, little rhinestones sprinkled across it and ruffles along the bottom.  Tippy is always cold so she loves to wear coats and sweaters!

Im going over to my friends house tonight for New Year's eve. 

QOTD I renewed old friendship and made new friends on OH and Facebook.  Grateful for my family.

Im having coffee with fairlife milk and truvia and water right now since i slept in this morning.

B crustless spinach and ham quiche

L cottage cheese, baby carrots and orange pepper.

I dont have a clue for the rest of the day.

Happy New Year! QOTD: The best thing was having surgery and taking control/feeling in control of my eating.  Also, finding that online support really works (thanks OH), making the decision to retire in one year, and my sons graduation with a BA in Culinary Arts are other highlights.

Good morning!!

QOTD- It's been a great year!! Going in 2  happy years with my honey, my 22 yo son moved out and is happy and doing well, I received a great promotion at work (love my job!) and finally RNY and down 30 pounds! Life is great!!! Looking forward to 2017 and reaching all my health goals!!

B- Starbucks latte

L - ham and cheese roll up

D- crock pot pork roast

s- broth, sf popsicles

I'm having trouble lately get all the fluids in. I used to love water but now it tastes 'old' to me. So I am flavoring it and switching it up to not get bored, but still struggling. Tea and broth help. Anyone else have this issue? What did you do and does it get better?

I use lots of herbal tea both hot and cold and decaf plain and flavored coffees especially in the cold weather. I switch up flavors of sugar free drink mixes too as I get burned out on them easily. Staying hydrated is crucial though so mix it up how and when you need to to keep the fluids where they need to be. 64 ounces is a minimum I found I need 100 to keep constipation away and to feel my best.

Hi! I've missed seeing your posts but happy that you all had such an amazing time. Today my sister, brother in law and nephew are coming over to ring in the new year. Christmas week is always busy for them so for the past few years we have spent NYE with them-playing games, chatting and enjoying time together. Since my birthday is Wednesday we typically celebrate that too! I got a few beautiful sweaters and a new coat from John and Em this morning. 

QOTD: The best thing in 2016 is a tie between how well Em has adapted to middle school (new group of friends and all that) and how well John is doing with his health goals.

menu for today: B:latte eggbeaters, shredded cheese and 2 turkey sausage links L: grilled chicken breast and roasted broccoli with garlic and Parmesan cheese S: latte(holiday spice flat white that my sis is bringing me) yogurt and some trail mix D: toppings off of a slice of pizza and maybe a salad

Got in my 6 miles this morning. Vits and water on track.
