What's on your Saturday menu?
Up and heading out early with hubby and youngest son to a cowboy shoot so I'll start us off. QOTD one goal for the new year. My goal is to maintain my weight loss and continue to work on the mental issues that caused my obesity in the first place. Another brisk day in Illinois. Lily and I did 3/4 of a mile this am and will do our regular 3.2 mile route when we get home this afternoon. I just could not bring myself to get up at 430 so I had time to do it early. Post op4 years 4 months and weight at 117.4 today. Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz baked chicken thigh 1/2 c cauliflower S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal!
Great qotd. I have two actually. 1 become more consistent with my physical activity.
2. Find a regular volunteer gig.
