Good Morning Deanna and Menu Friends!

QOTD:  My first thought was kind of a selfish wish:  I wish that my daughter finds true love and happiness and a job that she loves and enjoys.  (She is 23 and has yet to have her first kiss).  I don't understand it since she is gorgeous, intelligent, sweet and kind, has a sense of humor and is fun to be with.  She has many friends, just hasn't found Mr. Right yet.  I also hope she finds a job in her field, hopefully near me.  She wants to be a book editor.  Here is a picture of my beautiful daughter.

QOTD:  On a less personal level, I wish for no more animal abuse and that all homeless pets have homes and are loved and adored.

B:  crepe with peaches & cream cheese

L:  lettuce salad w/ chicken, cheese, dried cranberries & nuts, low cal dressing

D:  Not sure - going to a pot luck.  Will try to eat healthy.

Exercise:  Walking the dog around the subdivision.

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Your daughter is beautiful and will find Mr Right at just the right time. He's out there and God will bring their paths together when it's right. I didn't meet my hubby til I was 30 but when it happened it was just perfect. All the pictures you've posted lately are beautiful. You found a great very creative photographer.

Thanks, Karen!  Yes, I need to trust God that He is working in her life.  And keep praying for her.  Thanks for the compliments about our pictures.  Yes, Brian Baer is an amazing photographer and we are very lucky to have him in our town.  He has won many national awards!

Awe, Karen. Your daughter is beautiful and I am sure she is just as beautiful on the inside. I hope she stays busy, perhaps with church, volunteering, etc. and can meet her Mr. Right as she meets more people. My older daughter is a complete introvert so I fear she will never leave the house to find anyone.

Morning gang!  Running very late today.  Trying to get everything at work done before I head out early to go to my heart appointment. I am nervous but glad it is finally today and I can find out what the plan is.

LUNCHBOX:

Pretty sad lunchbox today because I am planning on eating on the go with my Guy.  He took off of work to go with me to the doctor and then we are driving to Dallas to pick up our youngest kiddo.  I do have a cheese stick and a 1/2 cup of grapes in the fridge to take on the road.

Menu: B: Homemade yogurt with no sugar added banana nut granola (I made that!  It is tasty); L: No clue; D: No clue (on the road still) but likely steak.  This is Texas ya'll. S: Grapes and cheese stick

Accountability: Weight 120.2 this morning. I ate the crap out of some cheese and Triskets last night.  The Guy and I stayed up late playing cards and doing laundry and I just craved and caved. I swear I feel like I have a Trisket baby who is breech and struggling to be born. Uhg... hoping to poop today...sooner rather than later. LOL I really need to just keep crackers out of the house but with the NYE/Birthday thing this weekend I had picked up some snacks (Triskets and cheese slices) you know...for the kids...cause kids...ya' know...love Triskets?  LOL Uhg... brain why must you be so weird? Oh well. Another day another dollar right? Smoking quit still sucking. Today the Guy was with me in the drive to work so no e-cig adherence for me. Working on it though.

Have a great weekend everyone! Happy New Year!
