So far, I've been there two days in a row... to Tan and to lie down on the hydro-massage table
Tomorrow I meet the trainer, and things get real... in the meantime, I sure do like the hydro-massage table! (The tanning is just for NYE and the new dress)

Good luck with the popcorn! I went to watch Rogue one with my husband last weekend, in the theatre for the first time since surgery. I was able to not be upset about the popcorn because i brought in a bag of cashews, and my thoughtful husband didnt buy any food.

QOTD: When I was younger, DH and I would go to parties or to restaurant hosted NYE parties. Over the last few years we haven't really celebrated at all other than to possibly have a special meal at home. This year we are going to visit our former neighbors from where we moved 2.5 years ago (lived there for 20 years).

QOTD: we always travel to my sisters house and spent the evening snacking and playing games. I'm going to make sure I bring shrimp with ****tail sauce and veggies to munch on and avoid the rest.

calories: 626, protein 61, carbs 29, fat 28
protein is lower than I'd like and calories are higher so I may switch things around but this is the plan.

Good Day, Menu Folks!
It's been a busy day today, so I haven't been able to post until just now. It's been so busy that I totally forgot to each breakfast, so I guess my plan for the day has changed!
QOTD: NYE plans are to stay at home with the kids for now. They will probably stay up and watch movies and ring in the NY, but I will be in bed, or at least asleep in my recliner. MY MIL's bday is on 1/2, so on NYD, we will probably celebrate and have a meal and gifts and cake at my house, since I'm the only DIL that can put together a decent meal. I would never let my SIL hear me say that, but the truth is the truth. I'm thinking we will have black eyed peas, roast, and some other sort of veggie. I'll have the SIL bring rolls since she will go to a bakery and buy them anyway.
Time since surgery: one month, one day
B: couple cups of Joe and water and vitamins, since I forgot to eat

Exercise: Walking the pigs, tracking coyotes that have been coming around the house around dusk every night. I'll probably get in about six miles doing that. Had two miles in before DH awoke this morning.
And guess what, y'all! I am needing a cushion for my office chair.....seriously, I've lost so much butt that I'm sore. I've been switching out chairs all over the office trying to find one that doesn't hurt my butt, but I guess I'm just going to have to get a cushion. I have also had to buy a memory foam mattress pad for my bed because my hips are so sore from sleeping on my side...and the snoring is getting better, according to reports from DH.

My snoring (apnea) completely cleared itself after about 50 lbs... apparently I'm barely a 'buzzer' now!
