Ohhhhh that sounds so good!! I'm in California and I see that all the time, never had it though. Now I have to try it!

I have a friend who had the RNY also and she says she can't do fresh raw onions or tomatoes.  If the pico tries to kill you, skip that part. I have no trouble with fresh veggies as long as I don't eat too much. Hope you love it!

Most people tolerate shrimp well even early out. I still eat it quite a bit now at 4 years out. Stalls stink but just stick with it and the scale will move again.

Stalls happen....remember this is not a diet this is life now...it will happen. My first stall started after week 1 and lasted 3 1/2 weeks...nada...nothing for 3 1/2 weeks the first month...thought I had made a huge mistake. had several more 2 week stalls during the first 6 months... My only advice during stalls is change up your food choices, sometimes we get into a rut...and make sure you are eating some fat- we need that too...

i had a period where I didn't lose for 2-1/2 weeks it will move as long as: you are drinking enough appropriate fluids,  getting your protein in, pooping, and moving.

BE PATIENT!

At 4 weeks out I hit a 5 week stall. The doctor was not happy that I was only eating 500 Cals a day and hardly any carbs. 2 days after eating more I started loosing. I was ready to blow my scale up then run over what was left with my truck! LOL! Stick with it and it will break.

If you google it you'll find lots of recipes, I first heard of it on OH as well. I make it regularly and freeze it in single portions.
