Body Image...
I don't know if it ever changes but I've recently had the same thing happen while shopping. Congratulations on the size 16, you look great!

Looking amazing my Dear! I'm 4 years post op and though my mind knows I am very small--I wear a size 0 or 1 or a 24×32--I still feel like an imposter sometimes. Hubby bought me twopair of 24×32 super skinny 710 Levis and one pair of super skinny 525 Levis. It doesn't seem possible that they would fit but they do and everyone told me they look nice. I never imagined I would ever wear skinny jeans but here I Am! So I don't know if your mind ever really grasps it but mine hasn't in 4 plus years. Maybe one of these days we'll all get it.
You look FABULOUS!!! (And you must find out where that shirt came from, because this girl needs one too!!! )
Today I went shopping for a NYE dress... I bought a size 10. I'm convinced it's too tight... I'm convinced it's too short... I'm convinced there's no way in Hell that dress fits me when I look at it on the hanger... but it's gorgeous, and I look good (I have the devil and the angel on my shoulder syndrome)...
I am convinced I am not yet thin...
And I really hope that feeling goes away eventually....

Daughter says the shirt came from a Samantha Bee promotion... The Full Frontal show. Love the shirt. But too small
It doesn't look too small on you in the picture! (In any case, it will fit you soon enough).

This is a tangent on the shoulder angel thing. My kids like watching a comedy show called Studio C. Family friendly humor. They have a series of "shoulder angel" skits they do a lot, where one actor climbs on the shoulder of the other. Struggles to climb on the shoulder. Sits there huge. Always funny.
