What's on your Wednesday Menu RNYers?
It tooks me about 5 months to be able to successfully swallow calcium pills. Even now it takes concentration to swallow both at the same time.
I cant recall how long till I tried salad-- i didn't ru**** since protein is the goal and there's none/minimal in most basic salads/veggies. Once I was satisfied with protein and was looking for something more to eat- I added salad/veggies.

Hopefully I will be able to tolerate swallowing them down the road as well. I will keep testing now and again, the chews are expensive! Thank you! I can't eat enough protein to meet my goal yet so veggies are out until I do!
