Gas pain Post Op
Lots depends on your bowel status. Constipation makes gas pains worse so if you aren't having soft stools at least once a day, you could add miralax once or twice a day. The more you move, the less you sit, the fewer gas pains. Keep up with fluid intake too. I'm 2 months out and need to be mindful of activity and water intake every day. Good luck!

The pain seemed to go on forever for me, lol. It actually was about a month off and on. You will get there, just remember why you are doing this :)

This may sound nutso...But others have tried these movements and they work for them. When you say gas...We don't know if you are talking about through your system...Bowels or the gas in your body cavity from surgery? Here are some ideas to get rid of the gas if it's from the air in the body cavity...Take them with a grain of salt and be careful not to disturb your surgery wounds.
- Get on the floor or a bed and roll slowly around on the bed/floor. Try putting your legs higher than your head.
- Rub your belly. Almost like you would be rubbing out a pulled muscle or cramp. Just slowly apply light pressure to your stomach areas (go from one area to another). This seems to move the gas/air along. Just old wife's/husband's tales...Again, protect the wound areas. Brian
