5 weeks out, is it to soon for prime rib?
You'll get different answers, but it really depends on your eating plan. At 5 weeks out, I think I was on puréed/soft solids, so I wouldn't have attempted prime rib.
Like a couple of others said, if you're cleared for solids and have been tolerating other solid proteins well, then you may be able to try a very small amount.
Good luck whatever you decide!

I'm also 5 weeks and I am allowed to have what ever meat I want as long as it is on the softer/tender side and I chew it to death. I would love to have a couple bites of juicy tender prime rib! I think it would go down better than most of the so called safe chicken I have had that has given me a little trouble.

I agree, softer dark meat or saucy chicken give me less trouble than white meat or dryer chicken in general, no matter how well I chew it!
I was on all foods except salad by 4 weeks. I had a family party and I believe it was filet mignon. Cut it the size of pencil erasers, and chewed well. Never from the beginning had trouble with beef/steak. Not talking ground meat here. But everyone is different, so the first time around the block with any new dense protein, really small bites and chew well...
