Good luck on your surgery!! So exciting! And definitely take those pics on the 12th! Here are some from my first year (all in my shirt...except when I forgot to pack it on my cruise)...you can see how it was more subtle at first (I didn't even go down a size until I lost...about 30 lbs I think!)...then it gets much more obvious with each lb.
