Surgery is Tomorrow!
Finally Optifast is done! It wasn't that bad really, just a long three weeks.
I am proud to say (shocked really) that I didn't cheat once, even to-nite when I helped set out food for work Christmas party.
Looking forward to being on the loser's bench too!

IN THE END WE ONLY REGRET CHANCES WE DIDN'T TAKE.
Congratulations! I'm happy to hear 3 weeks of Opti wasn't that bad as I'll be on it for three weeks too, starting on Jan. 11th.
I guess I"ll be about a month behind everyone surgery wise. I think it's cool that so many of us are having surgeries so close together, time wise!
Wishing you all the best for a successful surgery!
Take care,
Kathy
Thanks everyone. I feel pretty good.
