My 2 month surgery anniversary is Christmas Eve and I'm down over 50 pounds (half way) from my HW!  Walking 2 miles a day (who would have ever thought)!  

Is there anyone who wouldn't give up what we have to give up in order to feel this good and know you have a future?

Remember this feeling and tell it to all newbies that are considering WLS but are scared. YOUR EXPERIENCE will be an awesome testament to them.

So true!  My doctor told me that most decide against the surgery because of what they have to give up.  They don't know that they get 1000X more back!

btw - ever since I read your post I've had 'Livin on a Prayer' by Bon Jovi stuck in my head...."whoooooooa, we're halfway there"

And now the rest of us do too!!! lol 

Muhahahaha, my nefarious plans have been realized!  

My doctor just called and told me my cholesterol is 91!  She just cut my prescription in half!  It get better and better!

Congratulations, I am so happy for you both in your awesome weight loss and also the fact that your medicine was cut in half...way to go!!!!
