S: coffee w/Isopure protein powder
L: 2.5oz low sodium boars head chicken breast, 1/2oz provolone cheese, 1/2 flat out bread
S: 1oz lean pastrami, 1 small fresh mozzarella ball
D: 2.5 oz ground turkey, sautéed peppers, mushroom, onions
S: 2 tsp all natural peanut butter
