Merry Christmas Daisy, see ya next year! We are going to miss you!

QOTD: We don't really have any special traditions. I have tried and tried but something changes every year. Christmas morning after Santa comes and everyone opens presents, my Bother and his family comes over along with my Grandmother. I like to cook breakfast but it never gets eaten. My dad and step mom live 2 houses down so we walk down there and open presents with them. Then we hang out and cook and have Christmas dinner. We usually have lasagna. My Brother's in-laws used to have a massive Christmas party on Christmas eve. It was always so much fun but most of the Aunts, Uncles & cousins have moved away.

B - the inside of a egg and sausage taco

L - Ham and root veggie medley

S - cheese

D - chicken

I'm finally getting to the point where I don't care what I eat anymore and I'm not dreaming all day long about what cool thing I can make for my 2 or 3 bites of dinner lol.

DD: Have a wonder-full and joyous celebration during your break! I love your tablecloth tradition. How very lovely.

Morning gang.  Today is another day, ain't it? Not much going on with me.

QOTD: Not much tradition this year with the kiddos away from home.  My plan is to just pout a while and try to distract myself. Hoping that is not a new tradition.

Menu: Geez...again with this menu thing.  Arggg. I didn't get to the store last night and pickings are getting really slim.  I did have Greek yogurt x2 and a Mandarin orange to pack for lunch but that is pretty much all there is in the house.  Must go to the store today for sure.

Oh...and I am quitting smoking. Started this morning. Using a nicotine vapor thingy to pretend like I am a hipster and to TRY not to kill anyone. Grrr. Figure that for my heart thing it is the only other thing I know to do to try to help the situation.  It likely won't help a darn thing but I did realize that should I need a heart transplant down the road they require you to be smoke free for 1-2 years.  So...plan ahead right?

Also...I kind of want to kick dirt and stuff.

We are the grumpy twins today...  and

I am the vapor queen... I quit smoking with the patch about 4 years ago, and then about 2 years ago I picked up smoking again. Family would have nothing to do with it, and I started vaping as a compromise... I even went down to zero nicotine after a few months. You CAN DO THIS! (But, don't use the cheap ass electronic cigarettes that they sell at the gas station, they won't give you the satisfaction you'll need!)

I have the 'cool' kind...or so my 26 year old son assured me.  It works fine.

Still want to kick something...

That is a very smart idea! You can keep lowing the nicotine too. I used a cigarette vapor thing that smokes just like a real cigarette. The brand is called Green Smoke. You just change the part that looks like the filter on a cig. That part is the juice/vape.
