What's on your Menu Today (Wednesday) RNYers?
Usually on the printout somewhere there is s scale that shows you where you fall slow-normal-high. I have a high metabolism which is kinda a shocker as I was MO. I am assuming though I am in the higher range now because my thyroid is regulated properly and I take thyroid medicine.
You should look to see where you fall on the scale...if it is low, maybe there are other things like thyroid that need to be checked out.

Taking a quick break from a rush project to post. It needs to be filed with the Court today, but I got in early and I'm ahead of schedule. I'm so glad there's only two more days to my work week. I'm incredibly tired. I've been more tired than usual so think additional blood work may be in order. You all have me paranoid about iron levels! Today I'm going to try and get out of here a bit early. I still have shopping to do and do not want to be in the stores until midnight. This is the only free night I have, so I have to get it done!!! Daisy, have a great vacation!!
DQOTD: Right now I don't have an traditions, and I miss them. As I posted before, we used to get together with family friends (my friend the plastic surgeon at his mother's house). However, she died as a result of an auto accident and her kids stopped coming into Los Angeles (they live in Las Vegas). I miss my Christmas Day dinner with them and every year get a bit melancholy. They were great times filled with love and laughter, and I miss it. Also, since my brother and sister in law go to her family on Christmas Eve (Kelly, they're up by you . . . she grew up in Fresno) it's going to be pretty quiet. I'm making plans with friends since it's also the first night of Hanukkah so we'll see what develops.
My Plan: Like JB I'm trying to stay pretty much CAMAW. I haven't lost anything, but it's helping me not to gain.
B: 2.8 oz sliced deli turkey
L: Chicken thigh meat and beans
D: Tri tip if the shopping goes well. If not, I'll get something at the mall.
S: Skinny latte (and to be honest, I probably see a second one in my future while I'm shopping.)

L: 2 1/2 oz low sodium chicken breast, 1/2oz provolone cheese, 3oz cottage cheese, 1/2 Flat Out
S: 1/2oz lean pastrami, 1/2 oz low sodium chicken Breast
D: ???
S: probably ff chobani yogurt depending on what I have for dinner
