unflavored protein powder
Just a word of caution on whatever brand to use. The protein powder is temperature sensitive. If you mix it with something too hot or even mix it up first (i.e. with broth or whatever) and heat it too hot, it will clump. I think the temperature limit is 140F, but I'm not positive on that. From what I've read, it doesn't affect the quality of the protein, just the texture. Best wishes.

I believe you are correct, it's still just as effective.....it's just clumpy and gross, unless that's how you prefer to drink your protein, in clumps!
