I have a feeling granola would be on my no fly zone in my house. I would 'sample' it several times and then wonder why I'm not losing weight. Kind of like the fudge incident this year

I got the Kashi Go Lean kind to sprinkle on my yogurt.  It pretty much tastes like cardboard, so I'm never tempted to eat it on its own.  A tablespoon of it on top of my yogurt just gives me the crunch I'm looking for, though.  I'm afraid I, too, would be sampling homemade (or really good store-bought) granola all day long if I had it around!!  (I haven't tried Bran Buds on yogurt, but that'd work as well.  Bran Buds would give you the crunch, but nothing about eating Bran Buds outside of that is particularly appealing to me...)

my mother said that as well!  It's never happened to me - but it's probably because I only eat a tablespoon of it.  I've never tried eating a whole bowl of it.

Yeah I used to buy what was touted as protein granola. Protein is good Right? It was too tasty and I ended up just snacking on it. Granola in any format is not allowed in my house anymore!

I've been missing for a couple of days, have had an awful gastric thing but feel great today!

Daisy have a great Christmas and vacation!!  I am all set for Christmas, just waiting for the day to get here...lol

Dream job???  Nascar would be a blast (my favorite sport) Tom Brady's secretary would be great!!

Good Morning. I hate waking up *****y but it happens. Worse to me is when I have a dream where someone is mean to me and I wake up still mad at them! haha

QOTD: Dream job,mmmm? Not much different than I am doing now I guess. Took me until my late 40's to find it but I really do enjoy my job. But if I had to pick something different guess it would be boarding of dogs. I enjoy working with dogs in any aspect, but not having to be around the sad part of my job when it comes to sick animals would make my job perfect! 

Menu of the day is to be determined-day off and I want to try new recipes out
